摘要
在交联柱撑皂土催化下 ,应用硝酸硝化甲苯 ,能提高甲苯的对位选择性硝化能力 ,邻对硝基甲苯比例较通常硝硫混酸方法硝化邻对位产物比例 (1.6 7)显著降低。在所制备的 NH+4 、H+、L a3+等系列改性铝交联柱撑皂土催化剂中 ,稀土 L a3+改性交联柱撑皂土具有较好的催化选择性和活性 ,邻对硝基甲苯比例达到 0 .
Para selectivities oi toluene nitrations were enhanced by using nitric acid as nitrating agent in the presence of cross linked pillared bentonite catalysts.Ortho to para ratios were greatly below 1.67 as compared with sulfonitric acid.Of a range of NH + 4、H +、La 3+ modified aluminium cross linked bentonites,La 3+ modiried bentonite appears to be the optimum catalytic selectivity and reactivity,up to 0.75 in a ratio of ortho and para nitrotoluene.
