摘要
通过改进羟基铝的形成条件,制备出活性较高的羟基铝。在对相应产物的XRD、IR测定以及活性评定的基础上,提出了一种把活性组分引入羟基铝交联蒙脱土的有效方法——直接交换法。用该法制备的羟基铝交联蒙脱土对己烯-1的催化裂化反应具有较高的活性及选择性。引入活性组分La^(3+)、NH_4^+后,其活性更好,且呈规律性的变化。
The preparation conditions of polyhydroxy-aluminium cations were Studied and some Specially prepared samples were found of higher reactivity. The direct exchange of active components with clay to form hydroxy-aluminium crogslinked montmorillonite without pillar damage is possible, which is characterized by XRD, IR and activity evaluation. The hydroxy-aluminium pillared clay zeolite prepared by this way gives high catalytic activity and Selectivity for 1-hexene cracking. The catalytic activity is enhanced after further exchange with La3 + or NH4+ ion. The cracking and isomerization of 1-hexene take place competitively. High temperature favors the Clacking of 1-hexene, so the propene content in the products increases with increasing the temperature, and at 500℃ propene becomes the main cracking product. At lower temperature, isomerization of 1-hexene predominates.
