摘要
以经过精制的湖北钠基蒙脱石为基质材料,以钛酸正丁酯为钛源,制备了钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料(Ti-PILCs);并利用 XRD、TG-DSC、FT-IR、N_2吸附脱附等分析手段对材料进行了结构性能表征。结果表明:Ti-PILCs 的层间距从钠基蒙脱石的1.28nm 最高可增加至3.74nm;Ti-PILCs 的热失重比精土大,且在970℃之前具有较好的热稳定性;比表面积从精土的31.6m^2/g 增大到 Ti-PILCs 的 S_(60℃)=415.1m^2/g;Ti-PILCs 以中孔孔径为主;同时还具有 Ti-O 键和 Ti O—Si 键的红外振动峰。
Using purified Na-montmorillonite in Hubei as the starting clay, and Ti(n-C1H9O)4 as titanium resource, Ti-PILCs are prepared, Composition, structure and properties of the Ti-PILCs are studied by the means of XRD, SEM, TG-DSC, FT-IR etc. The results show that the interlayer free spacing of Ti-PILCs increases from 1.28nm of clay to 3.59nm at most; the thermogravimetric of Ti-PILCs are bigger than the purified clay, and they have good thermal stability below 970℃; the surface area increases from the 31. 6m^2/g of the purified clay to 415. 1 m^2/g of Ti-PILCs; pore sizes of Ti-PILCs are dominated by mesopore; and Ti PILCs have the vibration peaks of Ti—O and Ti—O—Si.
