摘要
以硫酸钛作钛源得到的钛柱化剂与Na型蒙脱石交换合成了钛层柱粘土(Ti-PILC).详细考察了交换时温度、酸浓度、Ti(Ⅳ)浓度以及Ti(Ⅳ)与粘土比等对柱化粘土层结构的影响.结果表明,提高反应温度或降低酸浓度都能导致层离Ti-PILC的生成,产物的大部分比表面积及孔容由层离产生的大孔(D>1.0nm)所贡献.Ti(Ⅳ)水解生成尺寸不等的氧化钛胶粒,带正电荷的胶粒插入粘土层间是产生层离的主要原因.
i-PILC is synthesized by canon exchange of Na-montmorillonitewith titanium pillaring agent obtained from Ti(SO4)2. The influence ofexperimental conditions (such as reaction temperature, CHCl, CTi(Ⅳ) andTi/clay ratio) on interlayer structure of Ti-PILC has been investigatedin detail. InCreasing reaction temperature or decreasing CHCl results inthe formation of delaminated Ti-PILC. In this case, the most of BETsurface area and pore volume of Ti-PILC is contributed by macropores(D>1.0nm) resulted from delamination. It is proposed that varioussize of TiO2 particles with positive charge are formed from hydrolysis ofTi (Ⅳ), which are intercalated into interlayers of clay without mostprobable diffraction peak in XRD pattern.
