摘要
高速铁路噪声环境影响评价往往涉及到很大的范围,评价采用的指标因空间分布而不同,利用传统的方法进行统一整体的分析并不合理,为了解决这个问题,通过对GIS的栅格数据进行处理,分别对每一个栅格单元,利用理想点法进行决策分析,实现对高速铁路噪声环境影响的空间评价.利用该方法对高速铁路噪声环境影响进行评价,其结果与传统的方法相比更合理.
Methods used in environment impact assessment now include analytic hierarchy process method, fuzzy evaluation method and entropy method,which can not solve the spatial problem. The noise of highspeed railway is always engaged in large sclae, which cause the using of space-based index. In this paper,the pro-posed method is to use idea point method in every grid cell to assess the environment impact of noise produced by high-speed railway ,which can realize the spatial analysis of Environment Impact Assessment. Compared to tranditional methods, this method is much more reasonable.
