摘要
为准确评价高速公路建设项目对环境产生的影响,首先根据高速公路建设项目的周边环境特点,从声环境、社会环境、空气环境以及生态环境等4个方面建立评价指标体系;然后基于客观修正主观的序关系分析(G1)—熵权法确定指标权重,同时结合优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)确定负正理想解,并计算高速公路建设项目对正负理想解的贴近度,以此确定高速公路建设项目对环境影响的综合评价值;最后以近年来立项的8条高速公路项目为例,采用该方法评价高速公路建设项目对环境的影响。结果表明,该方法能有效提高高速公路建设项目对环境影响评价的客观性和准确性。
For the sake of accurately evaluating the impact of expressway construction projects on the environment,firstly,according to the characteristics of the surrounding environment of expressway construction projects,the evaluation index system is established from four aspects:acoustic environment,social environment,air environment and ecological environment,and then the index weight is determined based on the objective modified subjective order relation analysis(G1)-entropy method.At the same time,the rational and negative solution is determined by combining the superior and inferior solution distance method(TOPSIS).And calculate the closeness of the highway construction project to the positive ideal solution,so as to determine the comprehensive evaluation value of the environmental impact of the highway construction project.Finally,taking eight highway projects established in recent years as an example,this method is used to evaluate the impact of highway construction projects on the environment.The results show that this method effectively improves the objectivity and accuracy of environmental impact assessment of highway construction projects.
