摘要
加强对电子设备热分析技术的研究,能够实现对设备的有效热控制,从而保障其使用性能和寿命。文中论述了热分析技术的两种方法,即解析法和数值法的解题思路和步骤,并对热分析软件在电子设备设计中的运用进行了研究探索,结合设备级热分析结果进行了验证,达到了较高的精度,满足工程需求。
To strengthen the thermal analysis technique studies regarding electronic equipment, and to achieve effective thermal control for the equipment, thus, to ensure its function and life. The paper analyzed two methods of the thermal a- nalysis technique, including the problem-solving idea and procedure of the analytic and numerical methods. In addition, this paper also studied the application of the thermal analysis software in regard to the electronic equipment design, together with the verification of the equipment thermal analysis result, which showed the high accuracy had met the requirement.
