摘要
体育课程是高等教育的重要组成部分,在全面提高高校学生素质的过程中发挥着重要作用。然而高校体育课程的现状不容乐观,学生身体素质多年持续下降。通过建立以课程建设与改革的工作基础、课程教学状态、课外体育活动、课程教学效果、其他体育工作等五项一级指标,及在此基础上的17项二级指标和各观测点的普通高校体育课程质量评价体系,能够有效地评价高校体育课程质量的优劣并进一步指导高校改进体育工作状况,从而达到保障高校体育课程质量的目的。
Physical education curriculum is an important part of higher education,which plays an important role in the process of improving college students' quality. Colleges and universities sports curriculum present sit- uation is not optimistic ,however, students' body quality declining for many years. By establishing the evaluation system of the ordinary university sports curriculum quality, which on the basis of the working course construction and reform ,teaching status ,extracurricular sports activities ,course teaching effect ,other sports work of the five first-level indicators, and on that basis of 17 secondary indexes and each observation point,which can effectively evaluate the quality of sports curriculum ,which guides the work of colleges and universities to improve sports status quo, so as to achieve the aim of ensuring the quality of physical education curriculum.
