摘要
经济法主体行为具有的放大效应是由增量财产权的本质属性决定的,它产生的原因主要包括社会分工合作、乘数效应和尺度效应三个方面。经济法主体行为的放大效应,不仅对经济法基础理论的形成产生着重大影响,而且对经济法的基本制度和具体规则的设计制定也都产生着广泛而深远的影响。
Amplification Effect of subject behavior in Economic Law, which is mainly determined by the nature of incremental proper- ty, consists of Social Division of Labor, Multiplier Effect and Scale Effect, in terms of its formation causes. Among which, the Amplifi- cation Effect not only plays a significant role in the establishment of basic theory of Economic Law, but also has a far - reaching influ- ence on the design and development of basic system of Economic Law and its specific rules.
