摘要
鉴于知识管理和竞争情报活动关系密切,文章围绕ShareNet情景下的竞争情报组织模型展开相关研究。首先探讨了该情景下正式竞争情报组织的架构和人员分工,然后使用面向对象建模工具建立了正式竞争情报组织内协同工作模型,并对同情景下虚拟竞争情报组织适应性进行了探究,最后整合两类组织,构建了组间竞争情报协同工作模型和循环流动模型。
In view of the close relationship between knowledge management and competitive intelligence activities, this paper carries out the research on the organization model of competitive intelligence around the ShareNet scenario. Firstly, the paper dis- cusses the structure and personnel division of formal competitive intelligence organization under the scenario. Then, the paper con- struets collaboration work model of formal competitive intelligence organization by using the object-oriented modeling-tool, and probes into the adaptability of virtual competitive intelligence organization under the same scenario. Finally, the paper integrates two types of organization and builds inter-group competitive intelligence collaboration work model and circular flow model.
