摘要
为了解我省发酵食品与新收玉米中椰毒伯克氏菌及米酵菌酸的污染情况 ,对贵州省 9个地区的 10 4份发酵米粉类食品与 1986年新收未入库的 53份玉米样品进行调查。对分离的 3株可疑菌 ,3份可疑食品进行确证试验 ,并对 3起因椰毒伯克氏菌污染食品产生米酵菌酸所致的食物中毒进行调查分析。从中毒样品中检出椰毒伯克氏菌及米酵菌酸 ,经细菌学鉴定、菌株产毒试验、动物毒性试验、中毒样品水浸液的动物毒性试验证实其中毒均系椰毒伯克氏菌污染食品产生米酵菌酸所致。
For understanding the polluted situation of Burkholderia cocovenenans and Bongkreic acid in the fermented food as well as new harvesting corn is Guizhou province,104 samples of fermented rice food and 53 samples of new harvesting corn were investigated in 1986 in nine districts of Guizhou province.3 strains of suspicious microbes and 3 samples of suspicious food were carried out experimental identification.The authors also analyzed and investigated 3 cases due to Burkholderia cocovenenans and Bongkreic acid of food poisoning.Burkholderia cocovenenans and Bongkreic acid were demonstrated in the poisoning food,and it was strongly verified that 3 poisoning samples was caused by Bongkreic acid produced from Burkholderin cocovenenans via microbe evaluation,fungus strains poisoning experiment,animal poisoning experiment,and AQUA soaking liquid of poisoning sample of animal poisoning experiment.
