摘要
用椰毒假单胞菌种特异性O-Ⅰ因子及型特异性O-Ⅳ因子的单克隆抗体Pco65和Pco13对从中毒银耳、正常玉米面及动物饲料中新分离的93株椰毒假单胞菌的菌体抗原型进行了验证。ELISA判定结果表明,除1株经再次生化验证鉴定为非椰毒假单胞菌呈阴性反应外,92株菌均含有种特异性O-Ⅰ因子,阳性符合率为100%,其中,47株菌含有O-Ⅳ型特异因子,占总菌数的51.09%,比血清学分型率(40.23%)高出10.87%。研究结果表明,鉴定椰毒假单胞菌O抗原型时、联合应用种间和型间特异性单克隆抗体进行ELISA检测,可同时定种分型,方法灵敏、快速,重复性良好。
he somatic antigens of 93 new straims of Pseudomonas
cocovenenans subsp.farinofementans isolated from poisoning tremella,
corn flour and feed were verified by monoclonal antibodis Pco 65 and
Pco 131 Which against O-1 species antigen factor and O-O-Ⅳ type
antigen factor seperately. ELISA test results showed that 92 strains
had O-1factor except one strain which was not belong to the species
of Pseudomonas cocovene-nans in later tests. So the conformabl rate
was 100 precent. 47 out of them had O -Ⅳ factor. The serotyping
rate(40.2 percent ) by McAb was 10.87 percent highr than by factor
serium,It was indicated that species and type of Pseudomonas
cocovenenans strains could be test and verify simultaneously when
both of O-monoclonal antibodies were used together, and it was
