摘要
某炼钢厂由于产品升级,原有50t VOD无法满足生产要求,中国重型机械研究院股份公司结合该厂的实际情况,通过对该VOD炉的真空泵系统、真空槽、槽车系统、多功能顶枪系统、钢包运输车系统和液压顶升系统等结构和工艺进行了分析改进,将其改造为50t单嘴精炼炉。该单嘴精炼炉完全满足生产要求,且各项主要指标都优于原VOD炉。
In a certain steel-making plant, due to product upgrading, the existing 50 t VOD became tmatfle to meet the production requirement. China Alational Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,td. successfully modified it to a 50 t single-snorkel refining furnace by analyzing and improving the structares and operating processes of the vacuum pump system, vacuum vessel, vessel car system, muhi-ftmctional top lance, ladle car system and hydraulic lifting system. The single-snorkel refining furnace fulfills the production requirements, and its performance indicators are better than those of the VOD furnace.
