摘要
本文介绍了RH的关键技术及创新技术:真空泵技术、多功能顶枪技术、环流气体智能控制技术、真空槽双热电偶测温技术、底吹氩质量流量控制技术,并将其应用于某钢企RH项目。实践证明,这些技术的应用可以缩短抽气时间、提高生产效率、增强设备安全性及可靠性、降低燃气能耗。经过测试,脱氢最低达到1.0×10-6,脱碳达到了10×10-6,抽气能力达到600 kg/h。
In RH facility,the key technique and innovation include vacuum pump,multifunction lance,lift gas intelligent control technology,double thermocouple measurement of vacuum vessel,bottom blowing MFC technology. One Iron and Steel enterprise adopted these techniques. These techniques may shorten the degass time,increase productivity,improve security and reliability of facility,and reduce gas consumption. After testing,the lowest dehydrogenation reached 1. 0ppm,decarburization reached 10ppm,and mass of degass is 6 000N.
