氩气流量对REDA精炼钢液流动影响的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 基于欧拉多相流模型和湍流k-ε模型,借助商用PHOENICS软件模拟REDA精炼过程钢液流动行为,重点分析了氩气流量对精炼过程流场及循环流量的影响。研究结果表明:REDA精炼过程流场由上升流和下降流形成的主循环区构成,流场形态合理。提高氩气流量对提升钢液循环流量的影响效果显著,但对精炼过程流场形态的影响不大。对于300t REDA精炼装置氩气流量在1200 NL/min时钢液循环流量接近210 t/min。 Based on the Eulerian-Eulerian multi-phase model andk - εmodel, a mathematical model of molten steel flow behavior in REDA degassing process has been established, the fluid dynamics software PHOENICS is applied to the simulation. This paper analyzed the effects of argon flow rate on the molten steel flow and circulation flow rate in REDA degassing process. The results show that the main circulation area consists of upward flow and downward flow in REDA degassing process, and flow field patterns reasonable. The circulation flow rate will increase obviously with the increase of argon flow rate, but argon flow rate is not a significant factor on flow field. When the argon flow rate is 1200NL/min,the circulation rate of 300t REDA ladle can reach 210t/min.
