摘要
目的:研究柳珊瑚Dichotella gemmacea的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱分离、纯化。根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从柳珊瑚的醇提物中分离纯化得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:fragilide J(Ⅰ)、junceelldide D(Ⅱ)、junceellin A(Ⅲ)、juncin P(Ⅳ)、dichotellides A(Ⅴ)、cerevisterol(Ⅵ)、1,2-二苯基二硒烷(Ⅶ)和五氢吡啶并[4,3-b]吲哚(Ⅷ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ和Ⅷ为首次从柳珊瑚Dichotella gemmacea中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Dichotella gemmacea. Methods:Chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated through spectro- scopic analysis. Results:Eight compounds were identified as fragilide J(Ⅰ ) ,junceelldide D( Ⅱ) ,junceellin A(Ⅲ) ,juncin P( Ⅳ ) ,di- chotellides A ( Ⅴ ), cerevisterol ( Ⅵ), t, 2-diphenyldiselane ( Ⅶ ) and 5 H-pyrido [ 4,3-b ] indole ( Ⅷ ), Conclusion : Compounds Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ are isolated from DichoteUa gemmacea for the first time.
