摘要
作者研究了侧金盏花中强心甙的反相高效液相色谱测定方法,并对吉林产的侧金盏花中强心甙的相对含量进行了测定。测定结果表明,吉林产的侧金盏花中主要含甙元A、甙元B、加拿大麻甙、铃兰毒甙和毒毛旋花子甙元等强心成分。
We studied the method of determination of cardiac glycosides from Adonis amurensis by the reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatog,raphy and determined the relative content of cardiac glycosides from Adonis amurensis of Jilin Province. By using the 'lower ratio and higher flow rate' method, good separated peaks could be rapidly obtained. Although both the methanol-water solvent system and the acetonitrile-water solvent system could be used in separation of cardiac glycosides from Adonis amurensis, the former system was more advantageous. The simple solvent extraction method displayed that Adonis amurensis mainly contained cymarin, convallatoxin, strophanthidin, aglycone A and B.
