摘要
以某内燃叉车护顶架为研究对象,结合转向系统,在Hypermesh中建立了有限元分析模型,并采用Radioss求解器进行了模态计算,获得了护顶架的固有频率和振型;之后用Nastran进行了某特定工况下的频响分析,得到某些点的加速度响应曲线,分析其动态特性,得出方向盘局部刚度较弱的结论,为叉车护顶架的振动研究提供了参考。
In this paper ,the overhead guard of a forklift truck was taken as study object ,and the dynamic analysis on the overhead guard was carried out .Firstly ,the finite element model of it was established in Hypermesh ,and the nature frequencies and mode shapes were obtained using Radioss solver .Then the frequency response analysis was done under certain conditions with Nastran . Finally ,the acceleration response curves of some points were displayed .The dynamic characteristics of the overhead guard provide a reference to the study on its vibration performance .
