PPARγ对肝纤维化肝星状细胞的影响 被引量:1

摘要 肝纤维化是肝脏受到各种致病因素的炎症刺激后组织修复失控的病理过程。肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)的激活是其发展的关键环节。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(peroxisome proliferators-activated receptorγ,PPARγ)与HSC的关系密切,其干扰肝纤维化的形成及发展,有望成为新型抗纤维化药物。
