摘要
通过向含Mn铝合金中添加Al-5Ti-1B细化剂研究其晶粒细化现象,阐明Mn在晶粒细化过程中的作用机理。实验结果表明,Al-5Ti-1B可以有效细化3004、2024和3A21含Mn铝合金,Mn并不会引起Al-5Ti-1B细化剂的中毒。原因在于,Mn与合金中的Al和Fe在熔化状态下反应生成Al6Mn和Al6(Mn,Fe),从而限制了Mn对细化剂的毒化作用。
The phenomenon of grain refinement was studied by adding A1-5Ti-IB refiner into Mn-contained aluminium alloys, and the mechanism of Mn in grain refinement process was clarified . The results show that the A1-5Ti-IB can effectively refine 3004, 2024 and Mn-contained 3A21 aluminium alloy, Mn will not cause A1-5Ti-IB refiner poisoning. The reason is that Mn reacting with A1 and Fe in alloy can form A16Mn and A16 (Mn, Fe) in melt state, which limit the poisoning effect of Mn on grain refiner.
