摘要
研究了Al-Ti-C细化剂对双辊铸轧5052铝合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,添加了细化剂的铸轧组织晶粒明显细化,细化剂对改善铸轧板偏析有一定的作用,但作用效果不明显。铸轧板坯冷轧后去应力退火处理的微观组织仍保留了铸轧态组织,添加细化剂对冷轧后再结晶组织仍有一定的遗传性。加入细化剂板坯的抗拉强度和屈服强度显著提高,伸长率没有变化。
Effect of Al-Ti-B grain-refiner on microstructure of 5052 aluminum alloy sheets by twin-roll casting (TRC) was studied. The results show that microstructure grain of sheets has been refined significantly when the Al-Ti-B grain-refiner has been added. A small quantity of cast-rolling microstructure has been retained after the annealing treatment. The cast-rolling microstructure added grain-refiner has been inherited after rolling. The grain-refiner can help increase the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy sheet, but the elongation does not change.
