摘要 通过对Al-5Ti-1B中间合金细化作用的实验研究发现,Al-Si-Mg合金晶粒尺寸明显减小,合金的力学性能提高,尤其是伸长率,并且具有很好的抗衰退能力。细化作用是由于Al3Ti与稳定的TiB2颗粒共存于熔体中,并且Al3Ti在硼化物的{0001}基面上形成稳定的膜。α-Al的生核发生在Al3Ti膜上。α-Al仅限于在{0001}晶面上生核,表明决定生核效率的主要因素是{0001}晶面的面积。 The Al-Si-Mg was inoculated by the Al-5Ti-1B master alloy. The results show that the Al- 5Ti-IB master alloy can refine grain of Al-Si-Mg alloy, improve mechanical properties especially for elongation and has long fading effect. The main refinement mechanism is due to the co-existence of Al3Ti and stable TiB2 in the molten alloy and a stable Al3Ti film is formed on /0001 / planes of boride, which could be the nucleation site for α-Al. The fact that Al phase can only nucleate on the {0001} plane indicates that the main factor to affect the nucleation rate is the area of {0001}plane.
