摘要
目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌的临床主要表现及预后影响因素。方法随机选取收治的112例乳腺癌患者,根据患者雌激素受体、人表皮生长因子受体-2及孕激素受体等阳性情况,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,观察组患者为三阴性乳腺癌患者,对照组患者为非三阴性乳腺癌患者,对比两组患者的临床特点,分析两组的预后情况。结果中年人乳腺癌发病率明显高于老年人和青年人。观察组大多数患者发生浸润性导管癌,且淋巴结转移率及复发转移率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的分期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大部分为Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期患者。观察组3年生存率为78.6%,对照组3年生存率为89.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者的年龄与预后效果有关,淋巴结转移及肿瘤直径大小是三阴性乳腺癌预后的主要影响因素。结论三阴性乳腺癌大多为浸润性导管癌,淋巴结转移发生率较高。与非三阴性乳腺癌相比,三阴性乳腺癌3年生存率较低,淋巴结阳性及肿瘤大小是三阴性乳腺癌预后的主要影响因素。
Objective To observe the clinical feature and prognosis of patients with triple negative breast cancer.Meth- otis 112 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the obser- vation group and the control group according to the positive status of estrogen receptor,human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 and progesterone,each group for 56 cases.The observation group was triple negative breast cancer, and the control group was non-triple negative breast cancer.The clinical characteristics of two groups were compared,and the prognosis of two groups was analyzed.Results The incidence rate of breast cancer for the middle-aged person was evi- dently higher than that for the elderly and the young.Most patients in the observation group had invasive dutal carcino- ma,and the incidence rate of lympho node metastasis and tumor recurrence was evidently higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference for staging comparison between two groups （P〉0.05）.Most patients were I state and II stage.The survival rate of 3 years for the observation group was 78.6%,and that of the control group was 89.3%,which had significant difference （P〈0.05）.The age of patients was related to prognosis effect,and lym- pho node metastasis and tumor diameter were main influencing factors of triple negative breast cancer.Conclusion Most patients with triple negative breast cancer have invasive dutal carcinoma.The incidence rate of lympho node metastasis is high.Compared with non-triple negative breast cancer,the survival rate of 3 years for triple negative breast cancer is lower,and lympho node metastasis and tumor size are main influencing factors of triple negative breast cancer.
