摘要
目的:分析"三阴性"乳腺癌的临床特点。方法:回顾分析20例"三阴"性乳腺癌患者的临床资料、治疗及预后。结果:20例患者肿瘤直径1～5cm,术后病理报告ER(-)、PR(-)、Her-2(-)。Ri-67:>40%(+)15例,余5例阳性率为10%～30%。其中腋窝淋巴结转移14例(70%);CK5/6(+)及CK15(+)18例(90%),另2例CK5/6(+)CK15(-)。20例患者术后均行TA方案辅助化疗,其中2例行TA方案新辅助化疗2个疗程。3例患者术后1年半内死亡,9例患者术后1～2年出现复发及转移,2例行新辅助化疗的患者2年内未出现复发及转移。结论:"三阴"性乳腺癌是复发转移快、死亡率高、治疗手段有限的恶性肿瘤。术前行新辅助化疗可能对延缓复发有益。
Objective：To analyze the clinical features of patients with triple-negative breast cancer.Methods： Twenty patients with triple-negative breast cancer were entrolled in the study.The morbidity,cancer size,resuh of pathologic immunohistochemistry,therapy and prognosis of the patients were retrospectively reviewed.Results： Cancer sizes were 1-5cm.Postoperative pathology reports of 20 patients were ER（-）,PR（-）,Her-2 （-）.Of the 20 patients 15 cases Ri-67 were more than 40%（＋）,5 were 10%-30%（＋）,14 had axillary lymphatic metastasis,18 were CK5/6 （＋） and CK15 （＋）,2 were CK5/6 （＋） CK15 （-）.All of the 20 patients were performed TA program postoperatively,adjuvant chemotherapy,of which 2 patients were performed TA program neoadjuvant chemotherapy twice.Three cases died in one and a half years after operation,9 cases had transference or recurence within one to two years.Two patients that had been performed neoadjuvant chemotherapy had not been found with transference and reoccurence within two years.Conclusion：Triple-negative breast cancer is a highly malignant cancer and quick recurence,transference,high mortality and limited medical treatment.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy may postpone the reoecurence of triple-negative breast cancer.
