摘要
目的 了解全口义齿患者对修复体修复效果的满意度.方法 共完成93件全口义齿,对其修复效果的满意度进行问卷调查分析.结果 患者对全口义齿在固位、翘动、附着体固位、附着体附件、义齿修理次数、食物范围、牙磨损程度、咀嚼效率、疼痛和食物有无嵌塞等10方面的满意度分别为88％,87％,87％,85％,85％,82％,84％,81％,79％,78％,总体满意度为88％.结论 全口义齿满意度调查分析可为临床上提高修复效果提供参考.
Objective To investigate the patient＇satisfaction with complete dentures. Methods 93 complete dentures were made for 93 patients. A questionnaire on the satisfaction was used in this study. Results Patients＇satisfaction with complete dentures in retention, instability, attachment retention, attachment accessories, repair number, the food range, tooth wear, masticatory efficiency, pain and food impaction were 88%, 87%, 87%, 85%, 85%, 82%, 84%, 81%, 79%, 78%, respectively. Total satisfaction was 88%. Conclusion The study on the questionnaire of patients＇satisfaction with complete dentures can provide reference to clinical practice.
