黄鳝源嗜水气单胞菌的体外中药药敏试验 被引量:19

摘要 采用牛津杯法和二倍稀释法,选择五倍子、黄芩、杨树花等10种中草药对从四川地区患"出血病"的黄鳝(Monopterus albus)上分离的10株嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)进行了体外抑菌试验。在此基础上,按照中兽医方剂配伍的特点初步筛选了5种中草药组成4个复方(A、B、C、D),并进行了体外抑菌试验。结果表明:10株病原菌对五倍子、连翘、杨树花、黄芩、穿心莲较为敏感,其中五倍子的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径大于20 cm;4个复方均具有较好的抑菌作用,其中复方C(五倍子、穿心莲、杨树花)的抑菌效果最好。 Rhus chinensis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Populus canadensis Mocnch, Forsythia suspense, Pheum officinale and other kinds of Chinese herbal were selected to inhibite the growth of 10 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila which were isolated from the sick eel in vitro by adopting Oxbrd Cup and double dilution method. On the base of the sensitive test, 4 com- pound prescriptions( A, B, C, D) that consisted of 5 Chinese medicinal herbs were selected according to the compatible character of chinese Veterinary prescription. The susceptibility test of the 4 compound prescriptions were tested through the same way. The results indicated that R. chinensis, S. baicalensis, P. canadensis Mocnch, F. suspense, Herba Andrographi- tis had high sensitivity to pathogenic A. hydrophila. The inhibitory effect of Rhus chinensis was the best. The diameter of in- hibition zone is more than 20mm. All compound prescriptions can restrain the available growth of A. hydrophila. The in- hibitory effect of C compound prescriptions ( R. Chinensis, H. Andnographitis, P. canadensis ) had the best inhibitory effect.
