摘要
首先探索了快速检测嗜水气单胞的微生物学培养法和免疫学方法,进而利用所建方法对580余个不同来源的样品进行实测。考核其特异性和敏感性,监测鳖池水的细菌数量变化动态,结合疫情建立菌情─—疫情关系模型。
The rapidly microbiological and immunological methods for detecting A hy-drophila were developed.Then examination above 580 samyles from water, fishes and Amy-dia in order to test the sensitoviting and specitong,deteot the amount change of A hydrophilaand establish the bectenia disease model.
