摘要
按照程序，以自制的鳖烂甲病菌苗反复免疫临产蛋鸡，收集高效价鸡蛋和血清，制成高免抗体，治疗鳖烂甲病效果明显。
According to immunization procedure,the parturient chicken was infectedsubcutaneously and repeatedly with the vaccine against H.sobria.The eggs and serun werecollected in order to perpare the highly effective antibody and treat the disease caused byH.sobria.The result showed that this antibodv could cure turtle FaruncuIosis.
