摘要
我国高等职业教育在经历了十余年的大发展之后,当前正在全面深化内涵建设,高职院校的发展面临着内部压力和外部挑战。为此,必须从系统论的视角,正确认知现实形势和发展任务,坚持人才培养为本,体系构建为重的基本方向,遵循高职教育的基本定位,积极构建立体化、多层次的国家高等职业教育发展政策体系。
Currently, China＇s higher professional education has been advancing towards connotative development after more than ten years great expansion. However, higher professional colleges are faced with internal and external challenges. Therefore, it is essential to indentify the current situation and development task, adhere to personnel training orientation, focus on system construction and consider the characteristics of higher professional education. We have to exert ourselves to build a three-dimensional and multi-level development policy system for national higher professional education from perspective of system theory.
