摘要
价值创新为处于发展战略机遇期的我国服务业实现可持续发展开辟了新的蓝图。基于价值创新视角,通过对精益服务与便利服务融合的研究,设计了精益服务与便利服务融合路径,提出了4种服务融合战略,利用ANP和SD软件对战略要素进行了测度和评价。结果表明,为顾客提供个性化服务是价值创新战略的首要任务,进一步验证了顾客购买行为由顾客价值决定。
The value innovation has opened up a new blue ocean for our enterprise to realize sustainable development in the development of strategic opportunities .Study on lean service and convenient service based on the perspective of value inno-vation ,the paper designs integration way ,puts forward four strategic choice of service integration ,also measures and eval-uates strategic elements with the help of ANP and SD software .The results show that providing personalized service for the customer is the primary task of value innovation strategy ,and furthermore validates that customer buying behavior is determined by customer value .
