摘要
文章引入价值共创理论,明晰高校知识产权信息服务平台资源整合、多主体间的信息交互及协同创新,为高校国家知识产权信息服务平台建设提供新视角。文章以“演化过程-机制提炼-建设路径”为逻辑主线,从平台试点创新、复制推广及拓展提升3个发展阶段探讨高校知识产权信息服务平台价值共创演化过程,从“动机-功能-行为”组配视角提炼高校知识产权信息服务平台价值共创机制,提出高校知识产权信息服务平台建设路径,推动以知识产权信息服务平台为载体的一站式高校知识产权信息服务高质量发展。
The theory of value co-creation is introduced to clarify the resource integration,and the information interaction and collaborative innovation among multiple subjects in intellectual property(IP) information service platforms of Chinese universities,providing new ideas for universities to optimize their IP information service platforms. Following the logic of evolution,mechanism and development path,this article discusses the evolution of the value co-creation in universities’ IP information service platforms which includes three development phases:pilot innovation,replication and promotion,and expansion and enhancement. It explains the value cocreation mechanism of university IP information service platforms from the perspective of "motivation-functionbehavior",and proposes a development path for such IP information service platforms,so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of one-stop information services in Chinese universities based on IP information service platforms.
