摘要
目的:探讨热压灭菌对三七中皂苷类成分的影响.方法:采用RP-HPLC同时检测三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg2、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rh1、人参皂苷Rd和人参皂苷Rg3在热压处理过程中的含量变化.结果:三七皂苷R1降低35.03%,人参皂苷Rg1降低39.41%、Re降低42.62%、Rb1降低34.94%、Rd降低23.71%,而稀有皂苷人参皂苷Rg2、Rh1、Rg3都有2~5倍的提高.结论:高温使三七中部分原生苷转化为相应的次级苷,增加了稀有皂苷的含量.
Objective: The influence of autoclave sterilization on the major saponins of Panax notoginseng had been discussed in this article. Methods: The technique of RP-HPLC was introduced to simultaneously analyze the variation of notoginsenoside Rt, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rg2, ginsenoside Rbl, ginsenoside Rht, ginsenoside Rd and ginsenoside Rg3 during the autoclave sterilization. Results: It turned out the content of notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside Rgl, Re, Rbl and Rd decreased by 35.03% , 39.41% , 42.62%, 34. 94% and 23.71% respectively, while the content of rare ginsenoside Rg2, Rhl and Rg3 reversely showed 2-5 times increase after the autoclave. Conclusion: Heat caused by autoclave transformed most of the proto-saponins into secondary saponins so that the content of rare saponins had been increased.
