摘要
扶持和保障残疾人劳动就业,是解决其生存发展、改善经济状况、实现自身价值和社会价值的根本途径,是保障其就业权乃至其人权的基本体现。从残疾人就业现实状况出发,研究当前扶持残疾人就业的主要模式和长三角地区法规和规章,分析其中存在的问题与缺陷,有针对性地提出完善建议,以期最大限度地保障和扶持残疾人就业。
Supporting and safeguarding the employment of the disabled is the basic way to solve their problems of survival and development, improve their economy and realize their own value and social value. It is also the basic embodiment of protecting their human rights and employment rights. Starting from the realistic situation of the employment of the disabled, the paper first has studied the current main mode of supporting the employment of the disabled as well as the relative laws and regulations of Yangtze River Del- ta Region, then analyses the problems and defects and puts forward some targeted improvement suggestions so as to maximize the support and safeguard the employment of disabled persons.
