摘要
职业发展是高校辅导员最为关心的问题,关系到辅导员队伍的稳定和学生的健康成长。本文以北京财贸职业学院辅导员的职业发展为研究对象,采取多种方式,重点分析高职院校辅导员职业发展的基本状况、有利条件和制约因素,并在此基础上提出构建高职院校辅导员职业发展的"苗圃式"、"扇骨型"模式。
The all-important question of vocational college counselor is occupation development which relationship to the stability of the contingent and the healthy growing up of the students. This essay will be used different methodol- ogies to analysis about the occupation development of vocational college counselor based on the Beijing vocational college of finance and commerce. There are three aspects ： basic situation, advantage and restraint reasons. In the end, this paper will be proposed two different models in vocational college counselor occupation developments： The nursery model and Fan rib model.
