摘要
面对高校辅导员群体中出现的职业倦怠现象,要通过构建优秀校园文化,提升大学生归属感;提升综合素质,契合大学生个性需求;创新工作方法,主动适应大学生个性发展;明确职业主体性,提升职业认同感;搭建学习平台,构建个性化发展机制;引入学生评价辅导员工作实绩体系,提高辅导员工作绩效等调适路径,促进辅导员走出职业倦怠。
Confronted with the emerging burnout of university instructors ,we need to improve students'sense of belonging by crea- ting excellent campus culture; to meet students personalized needs by improving their comprehensive capabilities; to adapt to students individual development by innovating working methods; to establish professional belonging by strengthening professional self-identity; to construct the development mechanism for individual development by building a learning platform; and to improve instructors performance by introducing the student assessment system.
