补骨脂醇提物和水煎物抗疲劳药效比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究补骨脂醇提物和水煎物抗疲劳活性的差异。方法:采用小鼠游泳疲劳模型,以小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸(BLA)、血清尿素氮(BUN)及肝糖原为指标比较补骨脂醇提物和水煎物抗疲劳活性的差异。结果:与空白对照组比较,醇提补骨脂组小鼠负重游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05),BLA水平显著降低(P<0.05),肝糖原水平显著升高(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义;水煎补骨脂组小鼠仅肝糖原水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:补骨脂醇提物具有缓解疲劳的作用,且其作用强度大于水提物。 Objective: To investigate the effect of ethanol extract and water decoction of Psoralea corylifolia on anti-fatigue. Meth- ods: Establishing fatigue mice model by forced swimming test. Then the exhaustive swimming time of mice and the levels of lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen of mice after swimming were observed. Results:Contrast to normal swimming group, exhaustive swimming time of ethanol extract of Psoralea corylifolia group was prolonged obviously (P〈0.05). The level of blood lactic acid descended significantly (P〈0. 05). The level of liver glycogen increased obviously (P〈0. 05). The level of liver glycogen increased significantly in the group of water decoction of Psoralea corylifolia(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The ethanol extract of Psora- lea corylifolia L. has an effect on anti-fatigue activity,which is better than water extract.
