摘要
为实现烟气硫达标排放的目标,优先选择中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司1.6 Mt/a蜡油催化裂化装置作为首批试点装置进行改造.该装置自2013年3月开始试用RFS09高效FCC再生烟气硫转移助剂,并对其试用效果进行了评价:试用6个月后,当硫转移助剂质量分数占反应器再生器藏量的3% ~5%时,再生烟气硫质量分数下降约80%,硫转移至干气及含硫污水中,降硫效果较好,达到环保要求.但在实际运行中,根据在线烟气测量结果,采取人工加注硫转移助剂时,降硫效果不稳定,烟气硫含量偶尔超标,引起油浆固含量上升及再生器发生尾燃等现象.建议采用自动加料的方式取代人工加料以弱化对生产影响.
The 1.6 MM gas oil FCC unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company was revamped to meet the sulfur emission specification for flue gas.A new high-efficiency RFS09 sulfur transfer additive developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and produced by SINOPEC Qilu Catalyst Company has been added into FCC catalysts in the unit since March,2013.After about six month' s application,when sulfur transfer additive reached 3% ~ 5% of the catalyst inventory of the reactor,the sulfur in the regenerator flue gas was reduced by 80%,and the sulfur was transferred to dry gas and sour water.The sulfur reduction was satisfactory and met the standard emission requirement.According to the data from the real-time monitoring in operation,the sulfur reduction efficiency of manual addition of the sulfur transfer additive was not stable and the sulfur in the flue gas exceeded the standard specifications sometimes.Therefore,automatic addition is suggested instead of manual addition to minimize the impact on unit operation.
