摘要
基于FCC硫转移机理,开发了不降低系统催化剂活性的LST-l型液体硫转移助剂。实验室实验和工业应用结果表明:使用该剂可使FCC再生烟气的SOx浓度降低50%;不仅减轻了环境污染,而且可减缓再生系统的设备腐蚀,降低能耗。
Based upon the sulfur transfer mechanisms in FCC, LST-1 type liquid sulfur transfer catalyst was successfully developed, which would not reduce the catalyst activity of the FCC system. The laboratory tests and commercial application showed that the use of this sulfur transfer catalyst could reduce SOx in FCC flue gas by 50%. This not only reduced the environmental pollution but also mitigated the equipment corrosion of the regeneration system and lowered the energy requirement.
