摘要
对流化催化裂化(FCC)烟气组成、再生系统设备腐蚀开裂现象、再生系统设备腐蚀机理以及烟气净化措施选择等方面进行了分析研究,结果表明,FCC再生器内的SO_x和NO_x是引起再生系统设备腐蚀开裂的主要原因。FCC原料加氢预处理、优化FCC装置设计和使用催化助剂脱硫脱硝,是有效降低催化裂化SO_x和NO_x含量,减缓FCC再生系统设备腐蚀开裂的有效措施。
Analysis and research were carried out on some aspects, i. e. , composition of FCC flue gas, cracking phenomenon and corrosion mechanism of regeneration system equipment, selection of flue gas purification measures, etc. It is found that SOX and NOx in FCC regenerator is the main reason for corrosion cracking of FCC regeneration system equipment. Effective measures were proposed for reducing the contents of SOx and NOx and slowing down the corrosion cracking, such as pretreatment of FCC feedstock hydrogenation, optimization of FCC unit design, adoption of FCC desulphurization and denitrification additives.
