摘要
为满足日趋严格的环保要求,中国石化天津分公司于2014年10月8日起在1.3 Mt/a蜡油催化裂化装置试用天津市拓得石油技术发展有限公司生产的脱硫脱硝CO助燃三效助剂和硫转移剂。工业应用结果表明:硫转移剂和三效助剂按1.5∶1添加比例协同使用,添加量占总藏量兑比的3%,达到了脱硫、脱硝、助燃的三效作用。其中,烟气中SO_2去除率达63.1%,SO_3去除率达87.0%;烟气中NO_x含量由103.6mg/m^3下降至58.1mg/m^3,完全满足小于100mg/m^3的环保要求;与此同时,再生稀密相温差由空白标定的3.5℃降至1.5℃左右,CO助燃效果良好,可完全替代CO助燃剂。
The purification of regenerator flue gas in FCC has became the most important environmentalworking of refinery in recent years.In order to meet environment protections increasingly strict,Sinopec tianjin Petrochemical Company has tried to use desulfuration-denitration-propellants tri-functional additive and sulfur transfer catalys produced by Tianjin billiton petroleum technology development Co.,LTD.since October 8,2014 in RFCC.The industry results showed that when tri-functional additive was added in proportion 1.5∶1coordinating with sulfur transfer catalys accounting for 3% inventory,in flue gas,the removal rate of SO_2 was 63.1%and SO_3 was 87%,NOxdosage was reduced by 103.6 to 58.1 mg per m^3,the temperature difference regeneration of dilute dense-phase was reduced by 3.5 ℃in blank calibration to 1.5 ℃.
