摘要
衡量高等教育质量的第一标准就是人才培养的质量。办学治校,要确立科学的教育理念,以观念的转变带动人才培养水平的提升。要秉持"人心向学,传承创新"的八字办学理念,做到心向学生,心向学者、学人,崇尚学术,心系学科,端正学风,热爱学校,建立一个"人心向学"的校园文化与学术氛围,以培养优秀人才为目标,以崇尚学术为大学氛围,以服务好学生学者为己任,在医疗、教学、科研和国际合作与交流等方面,办出北京中医药大学的特色。中医药高等教育既要"传承",也要"创新",要强化以人才培养为中心的理念,把促进学生全面发展和健康成长作为改革的出发点和落脚点,在变革中坚守中医药的核心使命,积极为多样化、个性化、创新型人才成长提供良好环境和机制。
The first criterion to judge the quality of higher education is the quality education of talent students. To achieve that in university administration, the scientific educational idea shall be first established so that the education quality can be assured by such idea changes. The core idea change is＂focusing on students, scholars and academic affairs along with classics inheritance and innovation＂, which is to say that university faculty shall excel his/her heart-felt work to focus on students education, to promote scholars advancement, to create harmonious and competitive academic atmosphere, to construct well-balanced curriculum with unique feature of Chinese medicine, to enforce academic ethics and to love the university, so that Beijing University of Chinese Medicine will be excelled in all aspects of high education in Chinese medicine, such as teaching, research, clinical practice and social service, with unique advantages. The high education of Chinese medicine shall place equal importance on classics inheritance and innovation, and shall make students education the top priority among all university affairs so that all students can be educated to their best ability in all aspects and brought up in healthy way. In high education reform of Chinese medicine, we shall stick to the characteristics of Chinese medicine as the core feature, and also promote excellent education atmosphere and campus environment to achieve the goal of diversified, personalized and innovated education.
