"建设世界一流大学和一流学科"是党中央、国务院在新的历史时期做出的重大战略决策,是推动我国高等教育事业发展的又一项国家工程,是我国高等教育发展史上的又一个阶段式里程碑。统筹推进"双一流"建设对中医药高等院校而言,吹响了中医药传统文化积蓄力量冲向国际的"集结号"。全球经济一体化时代,以大局意识和全球视野来考量社会发展对中医药高等教育的需求和影响,全面总结,认真梳理,深化改革,逐渐摸索出符合我国国情的现代中医药高等院校的治理框架和发展道路。在"双一流"建设的道路上,中医药高等院校要坚持文化传承、先进理念、依法治校、民主管理,加强科学研究、汇聚行业精英、培养创新人才,规划优势发展学科,打造一定数量国内领先、国际前列的高水平学科,推动高校跻身世界一流大学之列,为经济社会发展提供有力支撑,增强中医药国际影响力。
The ＂ construction of the world first class university and discipline＂ is a major strategic decision of the party central committee and the state council made in the new historical period, and is also a national project to promote the development of higher education in China, the history of the development of higher education in China and a stage milestone. In order to promote the construction of ＂ double first class＂, colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine have sounded the ＂ gathering number＂ of traditional Chinese medicine. The era of global economic integration, the overall situation consciousness and global vision consider the demand and the impact of social development on higher education of TCM comprehensive summary, carefully combing, deepen reform, gradually explore the governance framework in line with China ＇s national conditions of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine and the development road. In the ＂ double first class＂ construction, colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine should adhere to the cultural heritage, advanced concepts and the law, strengthen democratic management, scientific research,industry elite gathered, cultivating innovative talents, development planning advantage disciplines, a high level of discipline to create a number of leading domestic and international forefront, promote the world first-class university, provide strong support for economic and social development, and enhance the international influence of Chinese medicine.
