摘要
文章对白云鄂博矿中硫的分布情况进行考察,并进行降硫的系列试验研究,可使白云鄂博氧化矿弱磁选铁精矿中的w(S)由1.02%降到0.33%,铁精矿产率损失5.33%;磁铁矿弱磁选铁精矿中的w(S)由1.72%降到0.48%,铁精矿产率损失3.28%,基本达到课题目标(铁精矿中w(S)<0.4%,铁精矿产率损失小于8%),但降硫后产生的硫精矿(产率较高,硫品位低、铁品位高)再处理尚无有效的办法。
In the article, it is investigated the distribution of sulfur in Baiyunebo Iron Mine and a series of experimental studies of reducing sulfur content, which could make the content of sulfur in the iron ore concentrate for oxide bearing ore with low intensity magnetic separation in Baiyunebo reduced from 1.02% to 0. 33% and the yield loss of iron ore concen- trate is 5.33% ; the content of sulfur in the iron ore concentrate for magnetite with low intensity magnetic separation in Baiyunebo is reduced from 1.72% to 0.48% and the yield loss of iron ore concentrate is 3.28%, which could basically reach the aim of project( sulfur content in iron ore concentrate less than 0. 4% and yield loss of iron ore concentrate less than 8% ) ,however,there are not any effective ways for retreatment of the sulfur concentrate with high yield, low grade of sulfur and high grade of iron yet.
