摘要
采用回转窑对我国某高硫一水硬铝石型铝土矿进行氧化焙烧脱硫的预处理。研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间对铝土矿中硫含量及硫存在状态的影响,研究结果表明,当焙烧温度为620℃、焙烧时间为30min时,铝土矿中硫化物部分的硫含量仅为0.1%,硫氧化率达到97.86%,硫氧化较为完全。
In this paper, a method of ore pretreatment that uses the Chinese rotary kiln to roast a high sulphur monohydrate hard LvShiXing for aluminum oxidation and desulfurization is described. The research results show that after roasted at the calcination temperature of 620℃ for 30 min, the content proportion of sulfur in bauxite ore is only 0.1%; and sulfur oxidation rate reaches 97.86%, which means sulfur oxide is more complete
