摘要 针对某些服装在水洗时易褪色,并使商标布沾色这一缺点,开发了一款水洗后不易沾色的涂层商标织物。通过研究涂层浆组成、配比和涂层工艺条件,确定了适宜的涂层胶为TF-671B;防沾色涂层浆较佳工艺条件为交联剂3%时,TF-671B涂层胶与SiO2的质量比为100︰5,焙烘温度160℃,时间20 s。涂层织物进行拒水整理后,其防沾色性略有提高,当拒水拒油剂质量分数3%时,防沾色性较好。 Aim at problems such as some clothes fade easily during washing, and making the trademark stained, tlus study developed an appropriate coating adhesive TF-671 B by studying the composition of coating slurry, proportioning and coating process conditions based on a coating trademark fabric not easily stained after washing. Optimal process conditions of anti-staining coating slurry are as follows: cross-linking agent 3%, mass ratio of TF-671B coating adhesive is SiC2 100 : 5, baking temperature 160 ℃ and time 20s. After water repellent finishing of coating fabric, its anti-staining property is improved. When the mass fraction of water and oil repellent is 3% , its anti-staining property is good.
