摘要
为开发新型服饰用涂层面料,解决目前大多涂层产品服用舒适性差、功能单一等不足,开发了特细粘纤多功能涂层产品。选择水溶型聚氨酯涂层胶进行干法涂层后,以氟系防水剂进行防水处理,使产品同时具有细旦高支粘纤织物抗静电、柔软、滑爽、舒适性好的特点和防水、透湿、防钻绒、耐水压及防风、保暖等多种功能。文中对染色工艺、防水剂、涂层工艺条件、工艺流程等进行了探讨研究。
Multi-functional super-fine coating viscose fabric was prepared with optimum water-soluble polyurethanes coatings using dry coating technique. It also underwent water-proof finish with fluorine-contained oil-water-proofing agent. The products have the advantages of super-fine and high-counts viscose fabric such as antistatic, soft, smooth and comfortable. It also have the functions as water-proof .vapour permeability and so on. The author also introduced the dyeing process,water proofing agent.and the coating process.
