摘要 以聚四氟乙烯乳液为涂层剂主要原料,采用泡沫涂层法对聚酰亚胺(P84)纤维/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维复合滤料进行表面涂层处理,研究了涂层对复合滤料的结构及性能的影响。X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,经涂层处理后,P84/PTFE复合滤料表面形成一层致密多孔的聚四氟乙烯涂层。差示扫描量热分析和热失重分析结果表明,复合滤料经涂层处理后仍保持原有良好的热稳定性。对复合滤料的热收缩性和耐化学性研究表明,涂层处理明显改善了复合滤料在高温下的尺寸稳定性,同时也提高了其耐酸、耐碱性能。 The surface foam coating of polyimide(P84)fiber/polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) fiber composite filtering material was conducted with PTFE emulsion,and the effect of coating on the structure and properties of composite filtering material was studied.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that a lay of compact and porous coating of PTFE formed on the surface of the material after coating treatment.The results of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry indicated that P84/PTFE filtering material after coating still kept its good thermal stability.The research of thermal shrinkage and chemical resistance properties of the coated P84/PTFE composite filtering material proved that its dimensional stability under high temperature and resistance to acid and alkali were improved.
