摘要
针对涤锦超细纤维针织毛巾布传统绳状间歇式碱减量工艺流程长、排污量大、成本高,处理后织物上残留大量氢氧化钠、油剂等问题,文中采用平幅连续碱减量工艺对涤锦超细纤维针织毛巾布进行处理,探讨了平幅连续碱减量工艺对织物质量损失率及毛效的影响,并与传统绳状间歇式碱减量工艺进行对比。结果表明:采用平幅连续碱减量工艺处理后织物质量损失率及毛效与传统间歇式绳状碱减量工艺相当,且工艺重现性良好;缩短了工艺流程和时间,降低了化学药品的用量,较传统间歇式绳状碱减量工艺降低成本917.15元/t,可减少污染,节约能源。
In view of the long process, large amount of pollutants, high cost, and amounts of sodium hydroxide, oil and other impurities remaining on the treated fabric of the traditional rope-batch alkali deweighting process, this paper developed a flat and continuous alkali deweighting process for ultra-fine polyester and nylon knitted towel fabric, the properties such as weight loss rate and capillary effect were discussed, and compared with traditional rope-batch alkali deweighting process. The results show that the weight loss rate and capillary effect of flat and continuous alkali deweighting process are equivalent with traditional process, and has a good of repeatability.The cost is reduced by 917.15 yuan per ton compared to the traditional process, and it shortens the process and time, reduces the amount of chemicals, reduces pollution and saves energy.
