摘要
通过优选染料及助剂,采用分散染料一浴法对涤锦交织面料进行染色,测试了染色样品的K/S值和色牢度。结果表明:选用对涤纶和锦纶同色性好的分散染料,并控制升温速率,再采用二氧化硫脲还原清洗,定形过程中加入吸湿排汗剂,染色织物K/S值较高,且匀染性较好,同时获得良好的染色牢度。
With selected dyes and auxiliaries, the one-bath disperse dyeing process is applied to polyes- ter/polyamide intertexture, the K/S value and the color fastness of the dyeings are tested. The results show that the dyeings with the new process feature high K/S value, good dyeing evenness and color fastness.
