摘要
目的:分析痰热清注射液所致不良反应的临床特征,探讨合理应用痰热清的方法。方法:收集2004年1月-2013年9月,国内医学期刊公开发表并报道应用痰热清注射液后发生不良反应的案例25例进行回顾分析。结果:痰热清注射液致不良反应与配伍抗菌药物、给药剂量和速度等有关;不良反应类型:8例(32.0%)皮肤及其附件区,6例(24.0%)神经系统,3例(12.0%)呼吸系统,2例(8.0%)心血管系统,2例(8.0%)全身反应,1例(4.0%)消化系统,1例(4.0%)视觉,2例(8.0%)其他。不良反应起病迅速,主要表现为过敏、消化系统不良反应、呼吸困难以及高热等;及时发现并予以对症治疗可获得痊愈或好转。结论:在临床应用痰热清注射液时,应警惕患者是否有过敏史、掌握给药速度、剂量、适应证、联合用药等,最大限度地降低不良反应发生率,确保痰热清注射液应用安全有效。
Objective：To analyze the clinical features of adverse reactions caused by Tanreqing Injection,and explore the reasonable approach for the application of Tanreqing Injection.Method：25 cases of adverse reactions with Tanreqing from January 2004 to September 2013 published and reported in the domestic medical journals were analyzed retrospectively. Result：Tanreqing caused adverse reactions was related with antimicrobial drugs,dosage and speed and so on. Adverse reaction types：8 cases（32.0%）were skin and its appendages district ,6 cases（24.0%）were the nervous system, 3 cases（12.0%）were respiratory system,2 cases（8.0%）were cardiovascular system,2 cases（8.0%）were systemic reactions,1 case（4.0%）was digestive system,1 case（4.0%）was visual action,and 2 cases（8.0%）were other cases. Adverse reactions were rapid,and were mainly as allergies,digestive system adverse reactions,such as difficulty breathing and fever;timely discovery and symptomatic treatment were available to cure or better. Conclusion：In the clinical application of Tanreqing,we should be alert to whether the patient has a history of allergies,grasp the speed of administration,dosage, indications,combination therapy,etc.,to minimize the incidence of adverse reactions,to ensure the safe and effective of the application of Tanreqing.
